The comprehensively furnished all-inclusive office space is located in the central part of Katowice in an unconventional high-class office building with a city center atmosphere. The standard of the facility translates into work comfort and high utility values, while the location itself, near the market square and the Main Railway Station, guarantees a full range of public transport and optimal access by car. The facility has its own parking lot for Tenants.

A furnished office consisting of two offices, intended for 8 people with access to an equipped kitchen, relaxation area and conference rooms. Ready for immediate entry. The price does not include operating costs of PLN 3,468/month. A dedicated space in the above-ground parking lot is PLN 520 net per month. *possibility to use the Galeria Katowicka parking lot (5 minutes on foot) the first two hours are free, each subsequent hour is PLN 3 or PLN 350/gross per month. Lower entry costs

Flexible offices are generally characterised by a lower deposit and no additional surcharges for building and, as a rule, furnishing the office.

Short contract

The contract is usually for a shorter period than a standard lease. Currently, among flexible offices, the most common term is a 12 to 24 month contract.

Ready for move-in

The majority of flexible offices allow entry immediately. They are usually furnished spaces and the leases are simple and short.

Fewer invoices
