A planned Warsaw skyscraper within the Ochota district. The total area of this multi-story building is to be 77,500 m2, of which the largest part is occupied by offices - 43,000 m2, less commercial and service premises - 3,000 m2. The design of the facility was created by the JEMS Architekci studio from Warsaw, and Ghelamco Poland invested in the construction of this investment. Nearby there are the Sobieski Office Building, the Grójecka 5 building and the Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel.
obieski Towers will be built in one of the most characteristic places in Warsaw - on the corner of Grójecka Street and Aleje Jerozolimskie, right next to Zawiszy Square. In the immediate vicinity of the skyscraper there is the famous Sobieski hotel, the headquarters of Law and Justice at Nowogrodzka Street, Warsaw's Filtry, and the Warszawa Główna Railway Station. The area is developing dynamically. In recent years, among others, the Chmielna 89 office building (called the Warsaw pyramid) has been built here. Towards the center we can point to the tallest skyscraper in the European Union - VARSO, or towards Wola - the office complex at the so-called Western Gate. It is worth adding that the renovation of the Western Railway Station is currently nearing completion,
