Are you looking for an office at a reasonable price? We offer individual offices consisting of 1 or 2 rooms in Warsaw's Mokotów district. Our offices are serviced offices. By choosing the offer, you receive unlimited access (24/7) to an individual office, as well as common areas located on the surface (i.e. kitchen, conference rooms, waiting rooms, bathrooms and rest area). The offered price includes all fees necessary for the operation of your office (i.e. rent, operating costs, water, electricity, internet, cleaning and reception service). For an additional fee, it is possible to rent a dedicated parking space at a price of EUR 65/month or to furnish the office with furniture.

English description below. We offer a private office for 15 people, consisting of two rooms. The office building is located at 21 Marynarska Street, in Warsaw's Mokotów district. Our offices are serviced. By choosing our offer, you receive unlimited access (24/7) to a private office with an area of 75.11 square meters (58.60 + 16.51 square meters) and 225 square meters of common areas located on the surface (i.e., kitchen, conference rooms, waiting room, bathrooms, and a breakout area). The price of PLN 7,800 (PLN 4,680 rent + PLN 3,120 service charge) includes all costs necessary to run your office (i.e., rent, utilities, water, electricity, internet, cleaning, and reception services). For an additional fee, you can rent a dedicated parking space for PLN 300 per month or furnish the office with furniture. The Własne B. office space is located on the first floor of a small building on Marynarska Street, in the business district of Mokotów. It consists of 25 modular offices designed for small and medium-sized businesses. The spaces can be freely combined to create larger layouts. A large shared kitchen is a meeting place where we can establish business and personal relationships over good coffee. This is an optimal solution for residents of Mokotów or Ursynów, as well as companies with contractors in the area. What do you gain from a flexible office?

Lower entry costs

Flexible offices are generally characterised by a lower deposit and no additional surcharges for building and, as a rule, furnishing the office.

Short contract

The contract is usually for a shorter period than a standard lease. Currently, among flexible offices, the most common term is a 12 to 24 month contract.

Ready for move-in

The majority of flexible offices allow entry immediately. They are usually furnished spaces and the leases are simple and short.

Fewer invoices

The tenant of a flexible office does not have to organise and pay for all office-related services themselves. This will be taken care of by the space operator, who re-invoices most of the costs onto one consolidated document.
