The Rodenstock Group is a global leader in the optical industry and a leading manufacturer of lenses and eyewear frames. The company employs around 5100 people in 85 countries. A satisfied customer is a returning customer. We first had the pleasure of advising Rodenstock on their office selection in 2018. At that time, the choice fell on an office complex in Wola – in a good location and at the same time in a quiet area with plenty of parking spaces. In the second process, the company, with our help, rented an office in the well-connected Atlas Tower office building, close to the first office.

Cellnex

In the process of finding new offices for Cellnex, the largest operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructure on the Polish market, seven of our specialists were involved. Cellnex rented nearly 3900 sqm through us in Poznań, Katowice, Gdynia, and Wrocław.

Almost 2 years of cooperation with the client also included the process of finishing the office space coordinated by our Fit-out department, along with furniture deliveries and the final handover of ready-to-work offices. We would like to thank Cellnex for their trust.

STS

For STS, the largest betting company in Poland, we conducted a search for a new location for their Warsaw headquarters. The client came to us through a referral.
After thoroughly understanding the needs of STS, we selected property proposals from the market that met their key requirements, including good transportation links, a modern yet intimate building, and the possibility of placing the company logo in a visible location. The choice fell on an office in Polna Corner, a glass, boutique, Class A office building right next to the Politechnika Metro station.

Thunder Soft

For ThunderSoft, we provided consultancy and rental services for their European headquarters office in Kraków. Given the time constraints, we sought spaces finished to a high standard. The selection was an office occupying the entire 18th floor of K1 Office, one of the tallest office buildings in Kraków, with an amazing view, which is one of the main advantages of the space.
ThunderSoft is a rapidly growing global provider of operating system technologies, smart products, and solutions, as well as an expert in mobile devices.

GlobalLogic

For GlobalLogic, a world leader in digital engineering, we provided consultancy and brokerage services in the office rental process.

Considering the client’s development plans, we opted for flexible solutions, specifically the rental of all-inclusive offices. Within a year, we jointly opened branches in Łódź, Gdańsk, and Katowice, with a total of over 100 workstations. The process is still ongoing, and our current role involves monitoring the growth of teams in the branches to most effectively adapt the office rental model to the company’s evolving needs.

For Kompania Piwowarska, a leader on the Polish beer market, we conducted the search for offices in Warsaw and Rzeszów. After assessing the needs, we prepared proposals for more efficient spaces with a functional layout. In the capital, the choice fell on an office building in a strategic location, close to exit routes. In Rzeszów, the client chose a finished office in a rapidly developing part of the city.

Human Work Logistic

We sometimes present the perfect space at the first meeting, as was the case with Human Work Logistic. The company wanted to consolidate its branches in one location. During the first presentation, the choice fell on a 3-level office in the boutique office building Delta 44. This is an interesting loft-style space, tailored to the client’s needs. An additional advantage is the prestigious location in the center of Wrocław, near the Old Town and the PKP train station.
