The market is dominated by office buildings classified as Class A, most of which are over a decade old but, thanks to modernization, are catching up with newer developments in terms of the quality of office space they offer. The office market also features charming spaces in restored historic buildings in the Old Town, such as the M\u0142y\u0144ska 12 office building.
