Fully furnished serviced office ready to work. The tenant has an office space for a team of up to 6 people at their exclusive disposal. There are currently two such modules available, marked on the plan as office no. 1 and 2. The price does not include operating fees and advance payments for utilities in the amount of PLN 840 net per month. Common areas are already included in the rental price. The majority of flexible offices allow entry immediately. They are usually furnished spaces and the leases are simple and short.

Fewer invoices

The tenant of a flexible office does not have to organise and pay for all office-related services themselves. This will be taken care of by the space operator, who re-invoices most of the costs onto one consolidated document.
