A unique space divided into furnished offices in a prestigious office building located in the heart of Warsaw. The offices are finished to a high standard, and an additional convenience is the adjacent Złote Tarasy shopping center. It is possible to rent a parking space in the building.

Your individual office arranged in an open space and two work rooms for a maximum of 22 people. If your company grows, you can expand the module with additional rooms. The office is finished and furnished and can be entered immediately. There is also an equipped kitchen, access to conference rooms and a relaxation area. Possibility to sign a short contract for a period of 12 months. The rent includes the necessary costs for the operation of the office, i.e. electricity, operating costs, internet and office cleaning in the amount of PLN 13,560. All this on one invoice, without unnecessary formalities.

Lower entry costs

Flexible offices are generally characterised by a lower deposit and no additional surcharges for building and, as a rule, furnishing the office.

Short contract

The contract is usually for a shorter period than a standard lease. Currently, among flexible offices, the most common term is a 12 to 24 month contract.

Ready for move-in

The majority of flexible offices allow entry immediately. They are usually furnished spaces and the leases are simple and short.

Fewer invoices

The tenant of a flexible office does not have to organise and pay for all office-related services themselves. This will be taken care of by the space operator, who re-invoices most of the costs onto one consolidated document.

Sharing economy

Shared kitchens, meeting rooms or reception services make it possible to spread the rental costs over all tenants a little at a time.

Representativeness

New flexible offices are usually located in high-end buildings. Their interiors are designed by architects; with great design and made of high quality materials.
