The building was built in the 1920s, and in 2008-2012 it was thoroughly renovated and rebuilt. Everything from the ground floor to the fourth floor has been converted into offices. At that time, the façade was also thoroughly renovated, preserving its historic appearance. The building is under 24-hour security, seven days a week. Additionally, there is monitoring in the building. There is a fenced parking lot with 132 parking spaces on the property, but there are also many free parking spaces outside the building.
