The office building is located in a historic tenement house in one of the most unique locations in the city - on the Market Square. 5 overground storeys + attic. Office space is 1 152 sq m, typical floor plate is 235 sq m. The building has two decorative gables from the side of the Market Square and a bay window from the side of St. Nicholas. In 2011, it underwent a major renovation, as part of which all office floors were rebuilt, the historic staircase was restored and a usable cellar was restored.
