The project implemented in the city's business center, at Powstańców Śląskich Street, will offer a total of 41,600 sq m. (16,000 sq m + 25,600 sq m) of space for rent. It will consist of two office buildings connected by a green passage. The facility will be one of the most technologically advanced green buildings in Wrocław and will be equipped with, among others: with advanced air purification technology. The BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level will result in rational energy and water management and waste monitoring. Thanks to WiredScore and SmartScore certification, the office building will ensure high quality of digital communications and telecommunications solutions. The investment will include charging stations for electric cars, as well as stands and changing rooms with showers for cyclists. The first part of the investment is scheduled to open to new tenants in Q2 2025, the second building will be put into operation in Q3 2026.
