Nowy Świat 47, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under no. 0000655018, REGON 366182115, NIP 5252691101, share capital: PLN 25,000 paid in full (henceforth: “Administrator”).

In matters related to data processing, please contact: e-mail address: [email protected], telephone number: +48 22 102 12 11.

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to access your personal data, rectification of your data, erasure of your data, restriction of data processing, data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority. You have these rights in the cases and to the extent provided for by generally applicable laws, in particular to the GDPR. In order to exercise these rights and if you have any other questions regarding your personal data, you can contact us at the address given above.

The processing of your personal data takes place for the purpose of processing your order (or the contract connecting us) together with subsequent services, further for administrative purposes and for our own marketing purposes. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and other generally applicable legal provisions, with the security measures required by law.

https://pl.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

The provision of your personal data and your consent to its processing is voluntary, but is necessary in order, for example, to make contact or to present an offer.

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of:

  • Article 6(1) a) GDPR, i.e. on the basis of your consent,
  • Article 6(1) b) GDPR – i.e. in connection with the exercise of rights and obligations arising from concluded contracts or to take steps prior to their conclusion,
  • Article 6(1) c) GDPR, i.e. on the basis of statutory requirements, in order for the Administrator to fulfil its legal obligations,
  • Article 6(1) f) GDPR – i.e. to the extent that the processing is necessary for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the Administrator, i.e. for the possible establishment, investigation or defence of claims.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).

The recipients of your personal data are persons authorised by the Administrator to process the data in the performance of their official duties, entities to which the Administrator subcontracts the performance of activities that involve the need to process the data, in particular in the field of email handling, administrative services, provision of marketing services, legal or consultancy services.
Personal data will only be transferred if this is necessary for the performance of the service. This applies, for example, to the transmission of the necessary data by telephone or e-mail in order to prepare an offer for office rental, after you have contacted us to establish a relationship. In our company, the data may be passed on to the person who will be responsible for the preparation of the offer and the service, who will cooperate with our company on the basis of an employment or contract of mandate or as a self-employed person. The data may also be transferred to our affiliated company BNM Poland Sp. z o.o with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000973672), which provides services to our clients in the field of office rental, in locations other than Warsaw. An offer outside our company may be made directly by the owner of the property, the tenant of the building offering offices for rent (sublease) or a cooperating agency with which we have established commercial cooperation. Your data will not be passed on to third parties for other reasons (e.g. for marketing purposes)!

Recipients of your personal data may also be entities and authorities entitled to receive data – only in justified cases and on the basis of generally applicable legal provisions.

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by generally applicable law.

In particular, your data will be processed during the office rental process, i.e. from the moment of the first contact, e.g. placing a service order or requesting a quotation, through the search stages, presentation of the space, negotiation of the terms and conditions, up to the finishing and furnishing of the space, or moving. The timeframe for this process depends on individual needs and the complexity of the collaboration. It usually takes from a few weeks to several months. You may be contacted again to enquire about your level of satisfaction with the service and then, in the time before the end of the lease, to propose further cooperation

Your personal data may be processed by automated means, including profiling, in order to make personalised offers of products and services and for our own marketing purposes. You have the right to object to automated processing, including profiling. The DPA also guarantees the right not to be subject to a decision that is based solely on automated processing.

Cookies

BNM Real Estate Ltd. uses cookies to keep track of user preferences and to design websites accordingly. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer’s hard drive with your consent. You can enable or disable cookies at any time. We have made every effort to ensure that our website works without the use of cookies. BNM Real Estate Ltd. uses two types of cookies: temporary and permanent cookies. Temporary cookies (session cookies) are used to maintain the user session and inform the server which page to display next. With permanent cookies (protocol cookies) we can record which pages are visited. Cookies help us to improve our website according to your needs.
What are cookies? Many websites you visit store small text files on your computer. This allows the website to recognise your computer each time you visit it. We call these files ‘cookies’.
We use two types of cookies:

Type 1: Basic Cookies

We use these cookies because they are necessary to save your settings and preferences during your visit or during the period until your next visit to our website. Without these cookies, you may find it difficult to use the website.
If this website had a login function, an authentication cookie would be stored on your computer to identify you when you log in.
In the case of embedded video, a session cookie is stored on the user’s computer for the media player. This cookie is required to play video or audio content.

Social media plug-ins

Many social networks have created ‘social media plugins’ that website operators can integrate into their websites. This allows social network users to share content with friends (and suggest other related features, such as comments). Our website may contain one or more such social plugins. These plug-ins store and access cookies on the user’s computer. This allows social networks to identify their members when they interact with these plugins.
Please note that these social media plugins can also be used by social networks to provide services that go beyond what is strictly necessary, such as advertising related to the way they behave. Users must explicitly request such services. The cookie settings can be checked on the social media platform.

Typ 2: Statistical cookies

As explained above, this website may use Google Analytics, an analytics service of Google Inc. to collect and analyse information about the use of this website. This helps us to improve the user experience of our website.
The information we may collect includes, for example, the various pages visited and the date and time of the website visit. As Google Inc. is a US company, this information is transferred to and stored on Google Inc. servers in the US. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website traffic for website operators and providing other services relating to website traffic and internet usage.
Google Inc. may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.

We encourage you to read Google’s privacy policy available at the link: www.google.com/intl/pl/policies/privacy/partners/

How long are cookies stored?

We do not keep cookies for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were created. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. This means that these cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Some cookies may be stored for a longer period of time, for example if you specifically request that we remember your username when you register, your preferred language settings or other preferences. Google Analytics cookies are stored for up to two years so that long-term analyses can be carried out when using this website.

How can cookies be blocked?

Cookies can be blocked using your browser settings. You can find more information on how to change your settings on the website of the browser you are using. Google Analytics can also be deactivated. To disable Google Analytics, please go to the Google Tools website to download and install the appropriate add-on for your browser. The add-on to deactivate Google Analytics is compatible with the Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox and Opera browsers. Deactivating Google Analytics does not affect the functionality of the website.
