A five-storey office and service building with a total usable area of over 4,000 m2, class B. The building was designed according to the highest standards and technical requirements. A representative hall finished with stone and wood, and the entire facade is made of aluminum. The shape of the building was inspired by the cut of a precious stone. It is located in the southern part of Wrocław at the intersection of the main arteries leaving the city - Wyścigowa Street and Al. Karkonoska. We are only 7 km from the Market Square and 2.5 km from the A4 motorway.
