The building’s distinctive design, featuring a perforated reinforced concrete mesh on a glass façade, makes it highly recognizable. Prosta Tower was designed by the renowned architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates and was completed in 2011.

  • The building offers 7,400 m² of total space across 19 above-ground floors and 5 underground levels (parking) on a very small, challenging plot. The project posed significant design and logistical challenges.
  • The northern wall adjoins the residential Łucka City building. This is the only such arrangement of two independent buildings in Poland and is rarely seen globally.
  • The perforated façade is functional as well as aesthetic. This unique structural element extends outward to optimize interior conditions: it reduces sunlight exposure by approximately 40% and blocks noise from traffic, improving office acoustics.
  • In 2011, Prosta Tower won the “Most Interesting Concrete Buildings Worldwide” award at the prestigious CEMEX Building Award.
