Less than a year ago, following the departure of a major tenant, more than half of the space in the PFC office building in Poznań was available for lease. Today, the situation has changed dramatically. If the strong interest from companies and the pace of signing new lease agreements continue, PFC may become fully leased by the end of 2026. What contributed to this success?

PFC has always offered high-quality office space and has recently undergone a refurbishment of its common areas. The key was to properly highlight these advantages and look at the building from the tenant’s perspective, emphasizing the potential of each available space and showing companies how much they stand to gain by choosing PFC,” – comments Jakub Bereś, Head of Landlord Representation at BNM – Real Estate Advisory. The company has been responsible for the commercialization process of PFC since February 2025. During this time, the vacancy rate has been reduced by more than fifty percent.

One of the elements of the effective commercialization strategy for PFC prepared by BNM is the active promotion of the property. This includes a range of activities aimed both at reaching potential tenants and cooperating with other real estate agencies, implemented through participation in open events, business meetings, and unconventional marketing initiatives.

Instead, we adapt or arrange the office space to meet the needs of the companies that approach us. Our goal is for tenants’ employees to simply feel comfortable here,” – explains Agata Kurzawska, Senior Leasing Manager at BNM. Some companies also choose ready-to-use, fully fitted office units with functional layouts that require no modifications. For those who need to wait for their office space to be prepared but want to avoid operational downtime, temporary office space is also available. This solution significantly simplifies company relocation as well.

The Last Available Office Spaces in the Business Heart of Poznań

There are still several attractive office spaces available for lease at PFC. Some of these units are currently the subject of advanced negotiations with potential clients. For companies seeking high-quality office space in Poznań’s prime business location, this is likely the last opportunity to begin discussions.

We particularly recommend the available independent office floors XI and XII, each offering 1,260 sq m of space. All offices feature panoramic windows, guaranteeing stunning views of the city. On the lower floors, the minimum office module available for lease is 200 sq m. We also offer the last available ground-floor unit (1,057 sq m), located in a high pedestrian traffic area. This space can also be divided into smaller modules,” – says Marcin Matuszak, Leasing Manager at BNM. – We remain open to discussions, subdivision of available modules, and rearrangement of the space.
