Today, the situation has changed dramatically. If the strong interest from companies and the pace of signing new lease agreements continue, PFC may become fully leased by the end of 2026. On the lower floors, the minimum office module available for lease is 200 sq m. We also offer the last available ground-floor unit (1,057 sq m), located in a high pedestrian traffic area. This space can also be divided into smaller modules,” – says Marcin Matuszak, Leasing Manager at BNM. – We remain open to discussions, subdivision of available modules, and rearrangement of the space.
