In June this year, modern D45 Flex offices were opened at the Domaniewska 45 building. In addition to traditional leasing, the spaces offer a wide range of services tailored to the needs of dynamically growing companies. The concept was created in cooperation between BNM and the building’s owner, ASD, providing comfortable working conditions in a prestigious location. The concept was developed in response to the growing demand from tenants looking for flexible, ready-to-use office spaces in the Mokotów district.

Already within the first few months of opening, 9 tenants had moved into the new space, bringing occupancy to 56%. This dynamic start points to further growth of the office space at Domaniewska 45.
